Chronic Ease, Chronic Unease

The term ‘chronic unease’ often gets bandied about in safety discussions. Like a lot of safety terms it rolls off the tongue easily, with a sophisticated, ‘I’m using a cool-sounding phrase’ feel to it. But what does it really mean and what happens when its replaced by ‘Chronic Ease’.
